Local green computer re-use organisation

After helping one of my local customers to transfer their email history to their new laptop, they asked if their old PC could be securely erased and then put to good use.

So I took the old PC away and let a 5-pass hard disk erase run while I got on with other things. Then, after initially thinking of Action 21 on the Sydenham Estate, I realised that there was also an organisation called Green Geek next door to them. So I took the PC down there and they took it in with the assurance that it would be securely erased and then cleanly re-installed and set-up for re-use.
